SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Ryan has been involved with Hi-Five Sports since its inception in 1990. Through the years he has coached, managed locations, and has successfully launched locations throughout the US. Prior to joining Hi-Five, Ryan assisted several start-ups in launching marketing and sales departments. He also has Advertising Agency experience which makes him well rounded in sales, marketing, and business development. In 2006, he made growing his local family business into a national brand his goal. He began his journey by focusing on mastering several new year-round programs at the first Hi-Five location in IL. In 2011, Ryan proved the business model can work across state lines with locations in AZ and CA. In 2014, the Hi-Five Sports Zone opened its doors in San Francisco. A new small-box retail concept called - The Hi-Five Sports Zone. The final piece of the puzzle was completed in late 2015 under Ryan’s leadership -- which was to franchise the concept. Ryan's role with franchisees is to lead in the onboarding process, help create the overall launch strategy, and assist with annual marketing campaigns.

Coach "H” has been at camp every summer since 1975 having gone through the ranks of Camper, Counselor, Unit Head, Assistant Director, and Director at private and not-for-profit camps in the Midwest. In 1999 he and his wife achieved a lifetime goal of owning and operating their own camp in Charlottesville, VA. To this day, Triple C Camp continues to serve 350 children/week and over 1000 children and 75 staff every summer. In 1991 Coach “H" joined our first location in IL and helped launch our basketball programming. Within four years, we had over 400 participants. In 2016 Coach "H" began Camp consulting for private schools, summer camps and sports programs. He is also the Professional Development chair for American Camp Association Virginias Leadership Council. Coach ‘H” will lead our franchise development team in assisting our franchisees with their programming and business growth.
Vice President of Training
Danny is in charge of ensuring overall program quality. His ability to take coaches under his wing and turn them into local celebrities is like non-other. He is what Hi-Five is all about. He grew up participating in all Hi-Five programs. He coached at Hi-Five since 15 years old and continues to impact the lives of thousands of families in Chicagoland area to this day. Danny was an integral part of training our new operators in our company owned locations in AZ and CA. His role will be to ensure all franchisees are experts just like himself.
Vice President of Marketing
Sandra has over 20+ years of experience building brand integrity and creating results-oriented marketing campaigns. She has experience developing award-winning campaigns for companies like GSK, Abbot and TEVA. Sandra is also no stranger to the sports world, working with the start-up company Quokka Sports, who launched the first ever live site for the Olympics.
Running her own successful interactive and branding firm for over 9 years, helped her acquire her divers skill set to take on her new role overseeing all facets of the Hi-Five marketing department.
Vice President of Franchise Development
Joseph is a former collegiate basketball player and has a passion to see kids succeed in sports. He also has experience coaching children in a number of sports and variety of ages. He has 10+ years of leadership experience, building sales and distribution channels in multiple markets. Joseph comes to Hi-Five to assist in spreading the brand to more communities throughout the US.
Director of Finance
For 15+ years Richard has been working with businesses spanning multiple Industries by offering accounting and financial consulting services. Since 2012 he has managed the books for a number of youth sports oriented businesses. Richard comes to Hi-Five with a unique financial skill set that is a great value add for our Franchisees.

Pizza, Michael Jordan and Hi-Five Sports. We’re a huge part of Chicago tradition dating back to 1990. We’re a family founded business that looked at public sport and volunteer programs and thought… this could be a lot better! So we’ve been innovating recreational youth sports to work with younger ages, in various team sports, making it fun and filling the needs of parents, schools and communities.
Hi-Five Sports sees team sports as a vehicle for improving the current and future well being of children. Now more than ever the need for children to be physically active and dis-connected from technology has never been so prevalent. Life lessons that are learned through sports are being ignored all too often and a generation of children are missing out on key life lessons that will be instrumental in their personal growth. The personal growth principles we carry on our sleeves include:

- Path to physical well being and a healthy lifestyle.
- What is means to win and lose.
We look at youth recreational sports as something for the whole family. We call this youth sports entertainment. And just like any good entertainment it needs to be full of fun and challenging. We have a great balance of fun and fundamentals. We take sports seriously but we always say “you need a good sense of humor” too.
